An additive-free, fragrance-free natural liquor made with 100% plums . The alcohol content is strong, but the aroma is very rich and the taste is elegant. The color is a pale straw yellow, giving a sense of maturity. The aroma is plum and almond, and the taste is very fruity. Aged in barrels for about 3 years.

How to drink palinka
In Europe, it is drunk in the same way as Italian Grappa and French Calvados, but it is common to pour it straight into a shot glass and drink it all at once. Basically, it is said that it is good for digestion of meals as it is drunk after meals. Since the alcohol content is relatively high, 50ml or less per day is considered appropriate. It is sometimes drunk on the rocks like brandy, but it is not customary to mix it with water or hot water.
