Znovin Winery is a winery in the Moravian region. The winery sells an average of 17,000 bottles of wine a day and is medium in size.

We aim to create wines that are close to the consumer while preserving old traditions, incorporating the latest technology, and considering trends.

The name of the Czech wine came to be known in the world, and while being aware of the development to the world market,
Quality assurance and sanitary safety, which are popular in all countries, have also become more stringent.

In addition to international varieties, we are also actively cultivating indigenous varieties in the Moravian region, so you can enjoy high-quality indigenous wines.

In addition to regular wine, we also make ice wine and straw wine.

Dornfelder is a black grape produced in Germany in 1955 as a cross between Helfensteiner and Heroldrebe.

It is resistant to harsh environments and is cultivated in cool production areas such as Germany and the Czech Republic.

It features a rich fruit flavor with a slight sweetness, just the right amount of tannin, soft acidity, and a medium body that is easy to drink.

A wine that goes well with tomato sauce-based dishes.
