  The aroma is incredibly rich, displaying depth and complexity. It includes notes of red plum, red currant, blueberry, black plum, clove, vanilla, smoky tones, tobacco, charred wood, cedar, coffee, and a hint of leather and prune nuances.
  
• Palate
  It offers a robust overall taste with ample tannins, yet it retains the suppleness characteristic of Merlot. The aromas derived from ripe fruit and barrel aging evoke the qualities of a high-quality Bordeaux wine. The creamy notes from malolactic fermentation are subtle, with a more pronounced impression of vanilla, charred wood, and cedar from the barrel. The acidity provides solid support, making it a versatile choice that pairs well with a variety of dishes, suitable for both restaurant settings and everyday dining.

We offer gift boxes for both single bottles and two bottles, along with wrapping and noshi (Japanese ceremonial wrapping) services.

Step 2: Receipt/Invoice

You will receive an email from us containing your receipt or invoice. It will include our registered corporate number (適格請求書発行事業者登録番号), making it an official receipt. For business customers with monthly billing, you will receive a consolidated invoice by email at the end of each month. Please note that the Japanese authorities do not require a printed receipt or invoice; therefore, we will only send you electronic forms for environmental reasons.
