How to order?
How to order?
Step 1: Log in
Members, please log in. Once logged in, your member discounts will automatically apply. You can skip Step 1 for future orders. Non-members do not need to log in.
Step 2: Search for Products
Search via Site Menu
Within the [Products] section of the site menu, click on your desired product category and use the [Filter] and [Sort] functions to refine your search.
Search by Keywords
Click the search icon 🔍 at the top right of the screen. Enter keywords (e.g., product name, manufacturer, country) and click/tap [View all results].
Step 3: Add to Cart
Click on the product image or name to open the product detail page. Check stock availability and click/tap the [ADD TO CART] button.
After clicking/tapping the [ADD TO CART] button, a side panel displaying the cart contents will appear. Adjust the quantity using the [−] and [+] buttons. You can also edit the number directly. Press [×] to hide the cart and continue shopping. To view the cart again, click the bag icon 👜 at the top right.
Click/tap the [DELIVERY DATE] button to specify your desired delivery date. Click here for detailed instructions on selecting a delivery date.
Step 4: Proceed to Checkout
Press the [Over 20 ➔ Go to Checkout] button to go to the checkout page.
Under [How do you want to get the products?] section, choose between [Have them delivered] or [Pickup in store]. Selecting [Have them delivered] will display a list of your registered delivery addresses. You can edit these addresses or register a new one.
Click/tap [Ship to:] to choose from your registered addresses. If no address is registered, click/tap [Register a new address].
Click/tap [Shipping method:] to choose the shipping method that best fits your needs. Click here for details on shipping methods and fees.
Under [Payment], select your preferred payment option. For available options, click here for details.
Edit Your Cart
To change your order details or preferred delivery date, simply click the back button of your browser and edit your cart.
Confirm Your Order
Finally, click the [FINALIZE YOUR ORDER] button.

⚠️ We do not accept orders via email, phone, or social media. All orders must be placed exclusively through our online shop by using the [Add to Cart] button.
