How to order

Step 1: Login

Non-members do not need to log in. Members, please log in. Once logged in, you can skip Step 1 for your next order. Learn how to log in as a member here.

Step 2: Product Search

Use the Site Menu

Within the [Products] menu, click on the product category of interest and use the [Filter] and [Sort ] functions to refine your search.

Use Keywords

Click on the search icon 🔍 in the top right corner of the screen. Enter your keywords (such as product name, manufacturer, or country) and click on the [View All Results] green button.

Step 3: Add to cart

If the product is in stock, hovering over the product image will reveal the [Add to Cart] button at the bottom of the image (on mobile, this button appears as a small bag icon in the bottom-right corner of the product image). Alternatively, you can click on the product image or name to open the details page. Once you've checked availability, click the [Add to Cart] button.

When you click the [Add to Cart] button, the cart will appear from the right side of your screen. You can adjust the quantity of your order using the [−] and [+] buttons, or by directly editing the number. Press [×] to hide the cart and continue shopping. If you want to view your cart again, press the bag icon 👜 in the top right corner.

Press the [+ DELIVERY DATE] button to specify your delivery preferences. For more details on how to select your preferred delivery date and time, click here.

Step 4: Go to checkout

Press the [Over 20 ⇨ Go to Checkout] button to open the checkout page.

In the [How do you want to get the products?] section, choose between [Have them delivered] or [Pickup in Store]. If you select [Have them delivered], a list of your registered delivery addresses will appear. You can edit your existing addresses or register a new one.

Click on [Ship to:] to choose from your registered addresses. If no address is registered, press [Register a new address].

Click on [Shipping method:] to choose a shipping option. Before ordering, make sure you check the Shipping Policy.

In the [Payment] section, select your payment option. For detailed information on available payment methods, click here.

If you have a discount code, enter it in the [Discount code] field. For more details on discount codes, how to use them, and eligible products, click here.

Editing the Cart

If you want to change the order contents or preferred delivery date and time, click the bag icon in the top right corner of the screen. After making changes, click the [Over 20 ⇨ Go to Checkout] button.

Finalizing the Order

To finalize your order, click the [COMPLETE ORDER] blue button.
