Shipping policy
For First-Time Customers
Please review the shipping methods and fees listed below. If there are any errors in your order, shipment may be delayed by one business day, so we kindly ask that you double-check these shipping methods.
① OKIHAI
- ⚠️ You cannot specify a delivery date and time. If you specify a delivery date and time and also select the [OKIHAI] option, the delivery date and time preference will automatically be invalidated.
- ⚠️ Not available during Golden Week, Obon, and the New Year holidays.
- ⚠️ Delivery is conducted using the OKIHAI system, where the package will be left in your mailbox or at the front door. It will not be handed to you directly.
- ⚠️ The recipient's mobile phone number is required. If you only have a landline or a number starting with 050, please select JAPAN POST as the delivery method.
- ⚠️ Delivery may take between 2 and 5 business days. If you are in a hurry, consider using the Japan Post / Yu-Pack.
- ⚠️ COD payment [Daibiki] is not available with this delivery method.
- ⚠️ If you live in a building where the courier must contact you via intercom and no mailboxes are available, the package cannot be delivered. In this case, please select the [JAPAN POST / Yu-Pack] delivery option.
- Free delivery for orders over 16,500 yen.
- For orders under 16,499 yen, the delivery fee is 660 yen (including VAT).
- Shipments are only made on business days (no shipments are made on weekends and holidays).
- Orders received on a business day by 11:00 AM will be shipped on the same day.
- Temperature control during delivery is not available.

- Kanagawa ⇨ Yokohama, Kawasaki, Fujisawa, Atsugi, Ebina, Yamato, Zama, Hiratsuka, Chigasaki, Samukawa
- Niigata ⇨ Niigata

Delivery using the OKIHAI system is not available outside the specified areas. If your address is in an unsupported area, please select the [JAPAN POST] delivery option.
② JAPAN POST / Yu-Pack
- You can request a specific delivery date and time slot. Available time slots are: 09:00~12:00, 12:00~14:00, 14:00~16:00, 16:00~18:00, 18:00~20:00, and 19:00~21:00.
- Delivery company: Japan Post (Yu-Pack).
- Free delivery for orders over 16,500 yen.
- For orders under 16,499 yen, a delivery fee of 990 yen (including consumption tax) will be charged.
- Shipments can be made at any time during our working hours.
- Packages can be shipped to third parties (this delivery method can be used for gifts).
- Orders placed before 13:00 can be shipped on the same day.
- If you choose the [Cash on Delivery (Daibiki)] payment method, an additional fee of 440 yen will be charged by the courier. This fee will be added to your total when you receive the products.
③ JAPAN POST CHILLED
- For orders under 16,499 yen, a delivery fee of 1,540 yen (including consumption tax) will be charged.
- For orders over 16,499 yen, a delivery fee of 550 yen (including consumption tax) will be charged.
- All other conditions from the [JAPAN POST / Yu-Pack] section apply.
SHIPPING TO BUSINESSES
We have a separate shipping policy for business members.
EVENTS, SERVICES, DIGITAL PRODUCTS
No delivery fees are charged for courses, events, services, and digital products.
