Tasting notes
- Exterior
Brilliant deep ruby color with purple hues. - Scent
The aroma is very rich and shows the depth and depth of the wine. Morello cherries, plums, black currants with hints of spices (licorice and cinnamon), cocoa and dark chocolate. - Taste
Solid flavor overall. The tannins are abundant, but the finish is soft. The aroma coming from highly ripe fruit and wooden barrel aging is fine. It has a nice balance. It still feels youthful and fruity, but you can also feel the spices derived from barrel aging in the back. It has a rounded texture. Over time, the oak elements and fruit will integrate well, resulting in a more balanced wine. Can be aged in bottle for 8 to 12 years. - Food that goes well with
Aged cheese, roast lamb, rich mushroom dish , grilled black pork, roast beef, ragu pasta, cheese risotto, lean meat steak . - Note creator
Daniel
