• Food pairing
  ​It goes very well with appetizers, vegetable-based dishes, fresh cheeses, Chinese dishes using vegetables and seafood, wonton noodles, shumai and happosai. Also, it goes well with sesame dressing, so I'd like to match it with stick chicken.
