Jidvei spans an impressive 2,500 hectares of vineyards, situated at altitudes ranging from 200 to 500 meters. The majority of these vineyards enjoy south-facing slopes, a positioning that maximizes sun exposure and enhances grape quality. The soils, predominantly brown or riparian, provide an excellent foundation for cultivating premium vines.

The region's moderate temperatures during the ripening period are a key factor in producing exceptional wines. These conditions prevent oxidation, ensuring a harmonious balance of sugar, acidity, and aromas. The result is a refined expression of Transylvanian terroir, captured in every bottle from Jidvei.
