Lesson 11: Wine and money

In the first part of this lesson, we'll provide an overview of the wine business, analyzing the flow of money from grape cultivation to wine consumption. In the second part, we'll introduce wine tasting techniques. We'll taste five different wines and discuss the characteristics of each.

Lesson 12: Sparkling wine

In the first part of this lesson, we'll introduce the definition and production methods of sparkling wine. In the second part, we'll discuss wine tasting techniques. We'll taste five different sparkling wines and explain the characteristics of each.
