Tasting notes
- Appearance
A healthy, bright medium lemon color. - Nose
It carries a fresh and abundant floral aroma with hints of acacia, elderflower, linden, and hay. Nuances of apple, ripe lemon, lime, pear, and beeswax complement the floral notes. - Palate
The taste is refreshing and fruit-forward, with a solid structure that exceeds expectations. It boasts excellent balance and offers superb value for its price point. A touch of residual sugar provides a gentle mouthfeel, making it very enjoyable. Furthermore, the rich fruitiness is supported by just enough acidity, creating a wine with good depth. The finish is of medium length, and you'll notice nuances of lemon, lime, green apple, and pear gracefully lingering on your palate. - Food pairing
