Tasting notes
- Exterior
Concentrated gold yellow. - Scent
Dry finish of a variety for noble rot wine. You can feel the elements derived from dried apricots and oxidative aging. - Taste
Although it is dry, you can feel the original sweetness of the grapes, and the sugar content creates the volume of the wine, the crisp minerals of the volcanic soil, the beautiful acidity that makes you feel the cold of winter, the bitterness and soft tannins derived from the fruit skin. A wine that is complex and original. The unusual taste becomes addictive, and you can't help but drink one more sip. - Note creator
