Types of discount codes

① Member discount code

Upon joining the club or upgrading your membership level, we will send you a personalized discount code via email.

② Birthday month discount code

This is a code we send you each year during your birth month. It is exclusively sent to Classic, Silver, and Gold members.

③ Other discount codes

Occasionally, we will send you additional discount codes via email.

Eligible products

All products and services marked with [Member Discount] and [Member Discount*] are eligible for discounts.

Products marked with [Members Only] are already discounted and not eligible for further discounts.

How to use discount codes

① In-store

When visiting our physical store in Yokohama, simply provide your phone number.

② Online store

To activate your discount code, log in, enter the code on the checkout page, and click "Apply". If you have multiple discount codes, please apply them one by one in sequence.

Code not working?

If you encounter difficulties applying the discount code, please contact us via the general contact form.

You don't remember your discount code?

If you’ve forgotten your discount code, it can be reissued. Please request a reissue via the general contact form.

Forgot to use your discount code at checkout?

If you forget to apply your discount code at checkout, we are happy to offer you a store credit equivalent to the discount you were entitled to. If this happens, please contact us through the general contact form, and we will gladly assist you.
