Tracking Number
① Online Shop Orders
When you place an order through our online shop, you will first receive the [Order Confirmation] and then the [Receipt / Invoice (レシート / 領収書)]. Learn more here.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive the [Ready for shipment] notification.
The Ready for shipment] notification includes the name of the shipping company and a tracking number. By clicking the tracking number, you can track your package. The tracking number will be valid after 6 PM on the shipping day.
② Email Orders
For business members placing orders via email, we will send you the name of the shipping company and the tracking number by email.
