On each product page, you will find a detailed description of the product as well as the number of items in stock. If the stock exceeds 300 units, it will display [In stock, and ready to ship].

Both product information and stock status are updated in real-time.

Consolidation Conditions

To benefit from the advantageous prices we offer to companies, orders must comply with the following consolidation conditions.

Consolidation Conditions

• Wine and other beverages: The total number of bottles ordered must be 12 or a multiple of 12.
• Honey, Jam, Preserves: The total number of jars ordered must be 36 or a multiple of 36.
• Wine glasses: The total number of glasses ordered must be 24 or a multiple of 24.

Mixed Packages

If you wish to order a mixed package consisting of wine and honey, preserves, or jam, the rules above apply, and three jars of preserves, honey, or jam are equivalent to one bottle of wine.

For example, you can order a package consisting of 10 bottles of wine and 6 jars of preserves.

Glasses cannot be included in mixed packages.

Orders Not Meeting Consolidation Conditions

Orders received from businesses that do not meet the above consolidation conditions can only be fulfilled by paying the corresponding shipping fees. For example, you will pay a shipping fee for an order of 10 bottles, as stated in the Shipping Policy section below.

Online Orders

Online orders can be fulfilled even if the above consolidation conditions are not met in exchange for a shipping fee, as described in the [Shipping Policy] section.

Store Pickup

The consolidation rules do not apply when picking up products directly from our Honmoku (Yokohama) store.

For businesses, deliveries are generally made with Seino Unyu. However, if you require specific time slots or chilled delivery, you can opt for Japan Post.

① Seino Unyu for Businesses

• Deliveries only to business addresses!
• Free shipping (if the above consolidation conditions are met).
• If consolidation conditions are not met, shipping fee: 880 yen (including tax). As an exception, we can offer free shipping even if the consolidation conditions are not met, exclusively to clients who order via the online store and the total amount of the order is more than 16,500 yen (tax included).
• You can specify a delivery date.
• You can specify the following time slots: morning, afternoon.
• We can only ship (send) the products on weekdays (no shipping on weekends and holidays). However, you can receive products on weekends and holidays, except the Golden Week, Obon Holidays and New Year Holydays
• Direct shipping to third-party businesses possible.
• Orders placed by 11:00 AM can be shipped the same day.
• Cash on delivery incurs an additional fee of 440 yen (including tax).
• Temperature control during shipping is not available.
• No delivery to Okinawa Prefecture.

② Japan Post

• Delivery company: Japan Post (Yuubinkyoku).
• Available only if Seino Unyu cannot be used.
• Free shipping for orders over 16,500 yen (including tax).
• Orders under 16,499 yen (including tax) incur a shipping fee of 990 yen (including tax).
• Shipments can be made any day when our store is open: Yokohama store business hours here. 
• The date and time slot for delivery can be specified (accepted time slots: 09:00~12:00, 12:00~14:00, 14:00~16:00, 16:00~18:00, 18:00~20:00, 20:00~21:00).
• If no time slot is specified, delivery will be made by Seino Unyu.
• Packages can be shipped to third parties (this delivery method can be used for gifts).
• Orders placed by 1:00 PM can be shipped the same day.
• Cash on delivery incurs an additional fee of 440 yen (including tax). This fee will be added to the bill after you make the purchase.
• Delivery to Okinawa Prefecture is available.

③ Japan Post Chilled Shipping

• For orders over 16,500 yen, a delivery fee of 550 yen (including consumption tax) will be charged.
• For orders under 16,499 yen, a delivery fee of 1,540 yen (including consumption tax) will be charged.
• All other conditions from the [JAPAN POST] section apply.

Conditions for registration

• To become a Business Member, you must represent a business involved in the distribution, sale, or use of the products you purchase from us. Examples of acceptable business activities include: restaurants, bars, clubs, cafes, hotels, specialty stores, wine schools, etc. We reserve the right to cancel membership applications from companies that do not meet these conditions.
• You can join the club only if you agree to the [Terms of Use] and [Privacy Policy].
• The points system is made exclusively for Individual Members and has no relevance for Business Members.
• Products and services marked with [Member Discount] or [Member Discount*] will be available to members at a reduced price compared to the displayed price, according to the conditions communicated via email.
• Products and services marked [Members Only] cannot be further discounted. However, these products are exclusively for members and are offered at the lowest available price on the Japanese market.
• Products and services marked [Members Only] are available exclusively to members. These cannot be purchased by non-members.
• To become a member of Daniel's Wine Club, you must reside in Japan. Applications from businesses without a registered office in Japan will not be considered.
• To become a member of Daniel's Wine Club, you must register via the registration form with a valid email address. We cannot serve customers who do not have an email address.

Receipts and invoices

• To contribute as much as possible to solving global warming issues, Daniel's Wine Club has implemented the following measures, regarding receipst and inovices:
  - We issue electronic receipts and invoices.W
  - We do not accept orders by fax.
  For each order, you will receive an electronic receipt/invoice by email. Upon request, we can include a printed receipt/invoice in your package.
• If the agreed payment method is bank transfer, you will receive an email at the end of each month with an invoice covering all orders made that month. The payment deadline is the end of the following month.
• If the agreed payment method is cash on delivery (daibiki), you will receive the invoice from the courier.

Recycle and Reuse

• We strive to deliver your products safely. At the same time, to avoid waste and reduce carbon dioxide emissions, we recycle and reuse all available materials. Your packages will be delivered 100% in reused cardboard boxes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To avoid unnecessary waste, we avoid excessive packaging of products.
