Notifications & Receipts
① Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed through our online shop, you will receive an [Order Confirmation] email from us. The order confirmation email includes your order number.
Example of an order number: DWC-1008.
② Receipt / Invoice
If there are no issues with the stock of your ordered items, you will receive a [Receipt / Invoice (レシート / 領収書)]. The receipt includes our official registration number, and it can be used in accounting.
In-Store Pickup & Cash Payment
If you choose in-store pickup with cash payment, you will receive a [Ready for In-Store Pickup] notification instead of a [Receipt / Invoice (レシート / 領収書)]. The [Receipt / Invoice] will be provided when you pick up your items.
③ Ready for shipment
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive the [Ready for shipment] email notification.
Tracking Number
The [Shipping Ready] email notification includes the name of the shipping company and a tracking number. By clicking the tracking number, you can track your package. The tracking number will be valid after 6 PM on the shipping day.
④ Invoice
Invoice issuance is a service limited to business members with monthly billing. Invoices are issued at the end of the month and sent as a PDF via email.
Please use the [Receipt / Invoice] as your delivery note.
⑤ Events and Courses
For events or courses, the following steps will be followed:
STEP 1 - Confirmation Email
You will receive via e-mail an [Order Confirmation]. If you have selected "CASH / Courses and Events" as your payment method, your reservation is complete, and your spot for the course/event is secured. You will receive the receipt/invoice from STEP 2 at the time of payment, on the day of the course/event.
STEP 2 - Receipt / Invoice
If you have selected "Credit Card" as your payment method, you will receive an electronic [Receipt / Invoice (レシート / 領収書)] via email. The receipt includes our official registration number and can be used for accounting purposes. Once you receive the レシート / 領収書 via email, your reservation for the course/event is complete and your spot is secured.
