Delivery Date and Time
When you add a product to your shopping cart, the cart will appear from the right side of the screen. You will see a button labeled DELIVERY DATE. Press this button to specify your desired delivery date and time.
If you do not wish to specify a delivery date and time, the package will be delivered as soon as possible.
If you change your mind and want to adjust the delivery date and time before finalizing your order, you can do so by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Press the DELIVERY DATE button and modify the delivery date and time.
Immediately after finalizing your order, you will receive an automatic email from us confirming the order details.
Once the products are prepared for shipment, you will receive another email containing the tracking number of your package. The package will be delivered on the date and time you specified.
If you wish to change the delivery date and time after the order has been finalized, please check the package tracking number and contact the specified delivery company directly.
The tracking number (お問合せ番号) becomes active on the day of shipment after 6:00 PM.
