Transfer of courses and events

If the event or course is canceled due to an emergency declaration or the organizer's convenience, we will refund the full amount.

In case of cancellation due to customer's convenience, it is possible to transfer to another event or course. If the participation fee for the transfer event/course is different, we will adjust the difference.

If you have applied for more than one person, please write each person's transfer request in the message box of [ Requests and Opinions ].
