Cancellation & Rescheduling

If an event or course is cancelled due to a state of emergency or at the organizer's discretion, participation fees will be fully refunded.

However, cancellations made at the customer's request are non-refundable. In such cases, you may transfer (reschedule) your registration to a future session of the same event or course.

Please note that cancellations made without prior notice are not eligible for rescheduling. Additionally, repeated no-show cancellations across multiple events may result in future registrations being declined. We appreciate your understanding.

While individual events and courses may be rescheduled in accordance with the policy above, please note that free passes are not eligible for rescheduling.

How to Reschedule

STEP 1: Purchase a New Session

Please purchase a new event or course to replace the one you wish to cancel. Be sure to select an event or course with the same theme.

STEP 2: Request a Return

Log in to your account and submit a return request. Once the return process is complete, a full refund will be issued.
