Product Description

Râureni green walnut confiture is a natural Romanian product obtained from Romanian green walnuts. It is a product characteristic of Central and Eastern Europe.

Although it is high in sugar, walnut preserve offers numerous health benefits. Green walnuts have a rich content of fatty acids, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron, iodine, zinc, selenium, magnesium, and vitamins B and E.

Recommendations for consumption

The green walnut preserve can be served as it is, alongside a hot coffee. It also pairs very well with a wide range of cheeses. It can also be used instead of honey on pizza quattro formaggi.
