The dark, sweet and sour aroma of American cherry and cassis has a slightly wild flavor of raspberry and wild grape. - Taste
Strong acidity, jam-like boiled sweetness, astringency of tannins with just the right amount of astringency, aroma like straw, and the impression that various flavors rush one after another.
