Tasting notes
  • Exterior
Cherry red with a dark purple core.
  • Scent
The dark, sweet and sour aroma of American cherry and cassis has a slightly wild flavor of raspberry and wild grape.
  • Taste
Strong acidity, jam-like boiled sweetness, astringency of tannins with just the right amount of astringency, aroma like straw, and the impression that various flavors rush one after another. Wild and unique, yet somewhat nostalgic, it has an atmosphere somewhat similar to Japanese Yama Sauvignon.
