It has a rich aroma with delightful notes of acacia honey, white peach, white roses, muscat, lychee, basil, and white pepper. - Palate
It has a fruity and aromatic character with a well-balanced blend of sweetness and acidity. On the finish, it leaves nuances of lychee and basil honey wax. - Food pairing
This wine pairs well with foie gras, aged cheeses (especially blue cheese), Thai cuisine, spicy Chinese dishes, honey-glazed roast duck, candied chestnuts, white chocolate mousse, cream-based cakes, fruit tarts, and vanilla ice cream.
