    It has an elegant and complex aroma. Notes of lychee and quince mingle with bottle aging-derived dried fruits, honey, nuts, and subtle hints of petrol.
  • Palate
    The acidity is gentle, providing a pleasant drinking experience. You can enjoy flavors of European melon, ripe apricot, and acacia honey.
  • Food pairing
    It pairs well with all types of cheese, seafood, Thai cuisine, mapo tofu, sweet and sour pork, and shrimp chili.
