The nose evokes ripe grapes. It has aromas of grape flowers, lychee, white peach, muscat, sage, and a hint of acacia flowers and herbs. - Palate
It has a fruity flavor reminiscent of ripe grapes and a pleasant sweetness. The balance between the residual sugar and acidity is excellent, resulting in a smooth sweetness and an enjoyable drinking experience. - Food pairing
It pairs very well with fruit salads, fruit tart, prosciutto, desserts with honey and cheese, scallop and squid.
