Deep ruby-red. - Nose
It has a rich nose and expresses well the characteristics of the Novac variety. Black fruit aromas are predominant. Hints of sour cherries, black cherries, blackberries, and plums are complemented by aromas of peppercorns, smoked wood, toasted nuts, and subtle hints of cloves. - Palate
The attack is strong and rich. The taste is fresh. The body is full, the tannins are abundant, and the balance between fruit and acidity is excellent. - Food pairing
Mititei, roast lamb, teppanyaki beef, smoked sausages.
