Salmon pink color. - Nose
The nose is rich and exceptionally aromatic. When I opened this wine, it felt like someone had just brought a huge bouquet of flowers into the room. It has hints of roses, basil flowers, elderflowers, acacia flowers, chamomile, grapefruit, green apples, ripe pears, peaches, cherries, and strawberries. - Palate
The semi-sweet taste is balanced by high acidity. Fruity, with hints of strawberries, raspberries, and ripe pears. - Food pairing
Chiffon cake, waffles, savarins, cherry tart, strawberry cream cake, aged cheeses, feta cheese, spicy Chinese dishes, Thai food.
