Tasting notes
Appearance
Medium lemon.
Nose
A wine that remarkably expresses the aromas of the three grape varieties in its composition. Very floral, with hints of citrus (lemon, lime), white peach, grape flowers, acacia, linden, lemon peel, white pepper, green apples, pink grapefruit, and white rose. It also presents subtle nuances of brioche from yeast aging, along with buttery notes.
Palate
It has a refreshing and delicate taste. I find notes of citrus (lemon, lime), white peach, pears, and pineapple. The balance between structural components (alcohol, acidity, sweetness) is excellent.
Food pairing
I believe it makes a good pairing with Japanese dishes based on dashi, sashimi, grilled fish with salt, yakitori (with salt), white sushi (hirame, tai), nanban-style chicken, dishes prepared with cream sauce, and Chinese seafood dishes.
