Appearance

Radiant pale lemon hue.

Nose

Vibrant and floral, with layered aromas of pear, peach, melon, pineapple, elderflower, chamomile, lemon peel, lemongrass, hawthorn blossom, acacia, jasmine, and a delicate touch of acacia honey.

Palate

Not overly sweet—smooth and elegant on the palate, with well-integrated acidity and a medium body. The moderate alcohol supports a vibrant and expressive flavor profile.

Food pairing

Pairs beautifully with aged cheeses, feta, fruit tarts, pâté, and spicy shrimp dishes such as shrimp chili.
