Clear and prominent tropical fruit aromas (peach, pineapple, banana), and a hint of linden blossom.

Palate

Starts with a soft tropical fruit attack, followed by fresh, youthful acidity that leaves a lasting impression. The fruit and acidity blend seamlessly, leading to a sophisticated finish.

Food pairing

Pairs well with chicken in lemon butter sauce, sautéed scallops, fried shrimp with tartar sauce, or creamy pasta dishes.
