Stina Winery
The Dalmatian region of Croatia is a region where steep limestone mountains meet the deep blue Adriatic Sea, forming a unique topography with a series of deep valleys. Due to topographical constraints, many wineries are small, and it isn't easy to introduce machinery, so winemaking is carried out traditionally and relies on manual labor.
The island of Brač, where Stina Winery is located, is one of the oldest wine-producing regions in Dalmatia and is known as a famous wine-producing region that has continued to produce mainly red wine for over 2,000 years.
Stina Winery was born in 2009 with the aim of creating new wines by bringing modern wine production techniques and a new-wave philosophy to Brač Island.
Stina's unique label, which is all white and has all the letters embossed, clearly reflects Stina's pursuit of new and better things. When you encounter a wine that stimulates your inspiration and allows you to create something new, you want a canvas to capture that inspiration. This etiquette results from Stina's desire to make wine that evokes these feelings.
The Plavac Mali grape
Plavac Mali is Croatia's superstar red grape! It's got the same DNA as Zinfandel and is a real hit, especially in the Dalmatian region.
Tasting notes

Deep ruby. - Nose
The nose is rich, with vibrant and fragrant notes of cherry, raspberry, red currant, roasted almond, and a hint of spice. - Palate
This wine has a full-bodied and rounded feel. The powerful tannins from the grape variety have softened during barrel aging, giving it a velvety texture. Enjoy the flavors reminiscent of vanilla, prunes, and coffee. - Food pairing
