  The aroma is somewhat strong, with notes of pear, peach, melon, pineapple, elderflower, chamomile, lemon peel, lemongrass, hawthorn blossom, acacia blossom, jasmine blossom, and acacia honey.

  Not overly sweet, with a very pleasant mouthfeel. It has a moderate level of acidity, offering a well-balanced taste. The alcohol content is moderate, and it has a light body. The flavor intensity is pronounced.

• Winemaking: The juice is obtained in a controlled atmosphere using a short-duration and low-pressure pressing cycle. The juice was decanted by gravity at low temperatures. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, and the young wine obtained was kept on the fine lees until March to gain additional structure and volume.
