Tasting notes
- Appearance
A healthy, bright medium lemon color. - Nose
Fruit-forward with an exceptionally rich fragrance. The aroma combines peach, nectarine, summer apple, and pear with citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon, enhanced by floral hints of acacia, elderflower, and linden. - Palate
The taste is refreshing and fruit-forward, with a solid structure that exceeds expectations. It boasts excellent balance and offers superb value for its price point. A touch of residual sugar provides a gentle mouthfeel, making it very enjoyable. Furthermore, the rich fruitiness is supported by just enough acidity, creating a wine with good depth. The finish is of medium length, and you'll notice nuances of lemon, lime, green apple, and pear gracefully lingering on your palate. - Food pairing
