Tasting notes

Appearance

A healthy, bright medium lemon color.

Nose

It has a fresh and rich floral aroma with acacia, elderflower, mimosa, and hay nuances. Along with the floral notes, you can also find hints of green apple and lime-like fruits.

Palate

The taste is refreshing and fruit-forward. It has a surprisingly solid structure and offers excellent balance, providing exceptional value for its price. A touch of residual sugar makes it gentle on the palate and easy to drink. The rich fruitiness is well-supported by just the right amount of acidity, resulting in a wine with good substance. The finish is medium length, with nuances of lemon, lime, green apple, and pear gently lingering on the palate.

Food pairing

Ideal as a meal wine. White fish grilled with herbs, nanbanzuke, caponata, grilled chicken, salad with yogurt, Japanese dishes, and fresh cheese are excellent choices.
