Tasting notes

  • Appearance
    Deep ruby color.
  • Nose
The aroma is rich and strong. After 5 years of bottle aging, the tertiary aromas gradually appear. Ripe blueberries, blackberries, black currants, black cherries, black figs, black pepper, eucalyptus, cloves, toast, thyme, violets, cocoa, burnt wood, tobacco, coffee, forest floor.
  • Palate
The attack is abundant with ripe, dark berries. Then, you can sense a hint of spice and earthy, natural nuances. The texture is silky and smooth, showcasing the characteristics of the grape variety. With ample acidity and tannins, further aging can be expected. There's also plenty of fruitiness that lingers on the palate.
