Introductory notes

Compared to ordinary white wines, the production process of the wines in the Castel series involves more work and, especially, patience. Aging in the bottle for a prolonged period is a crucial stage during which new aromas develop, giving the wine a unique complexity.

Tasting notes

  • Appearance
    Bright, golden, with amber reflections.
  • Nose
The nose is rich and complex. It delights us with hints of beeswax, wild rose flowers, subtle spices, dried figs, baked pears, and subtle notes of lightly toasted nuts.
  • Palate
Rich, with pleasant acidity. Complex, harmonious, full-bodied, and with a long finish.
  • Food pairing
You can enjoy it with high-class dishes, foie gras, or noble mold cheeses.
