Tasting notes
- Exterior
Deep ruby color. - Scent
The nose is very rich with hints of sour cherry, cassis, plum, vanilla, black pepper and clove. - Taste
The palate is soft and complex with the sweetness of slightly ripe fruit and the nuances of clove-like spices derived from barrels. While having a solid volume, the taste that spreads in the mouth is supple. The acidity is moderate and the tannins are gentle, so the balance is very good. The aftertaste is beautifully united, and the barrel incense and spices remain pleasantly after. - Food that goes well with
It goes very well with strongly seasoned dishes. It pairs particularly well with lamb, grilled beef, Indian and Moroccan cuisine. - Note taker
