Tasting notes
- Exterior
Healthy deep garnet color. - Scent
Ripe fruit and oak elements are evident, and there are also elements reminiscent of sweet spices and red flowers, and it has a complex and deep scent. It has notes of cassis, plum, blackberry, blueberry jam, cinnamon, leather, vanilla, violet and cocoa. - Taste
It has a firm body and a relatively acidic taste, so it has a tight taste. You can clearly feel the elements of wooden barrels in the ripe fruit flavor, and it is chewy to drink. The amount of tannin is also abundant, but it has melted and has a smooth texture. The aftertaste has the sweetness and spice of the barrel, but also the individuality of the grape variety. The finish is elegant, reminiscent of blackberries and plums. - Food that goes well with
It goes well with grilled lamb, pork dishes and Japanese pork cutlet. - Note taker
