  A radiant lemon-yellow with golden hues.

  The aroma is rich and refreshing, with notes of elderberry flowers, cornflower, grapefruit and honey, with hints of spice.
  
• Palate
  It has a refreshing acidity with a smooth texture. The fruity flavors reminiscent of elderberry flowers and the honey notes leave a lasting impression. The harmony between sweetness and acidity makes it very pleasant to on the palate. Slightly spicy on the finish.

  Excellent for spicy dishes, Chinese and Thai dishes. Goes great also with fruit salads.
