Tasting notes

Appearance

Elegant salmon-pink hue.

Nose

Exceptionally aromatic and rich. Upon opening, it feels as if a bouquet of flowers has filled the room. Notes of rose, basil blossom, elderflower, acacia, chamomile, grapefruit, green apple, ripe pear, peach, cherry, and strawberry create an enchanting aromatic profile.

Palate

The semi-sweet profile is balanced by vibrant acidity. Juicy notes of strawberry, raspberry, and ripe pear make it refreshing and fruity, yet well-structured.

Food pairing

Excellent with chiffon cake, waffles, savarins, cherry tart, strawberry cream cake, aged cheeses, feta, spicy Chinese cuisine, and Thai dishes.
