- Harvesting: manual, in the middle of September.
- Weather in year of harvest: the year 2020 was prolific for the vineyards of Metamorfosis. A large number of sunny days, low precipitation, and temperatures within normal ranges led to a healthy harvest. There were no abundant snowfalls in winter, as in previous years, and the spring rains provided the necessary soil moisture reserve for the entire year. This helped the vines tolerate drought and the high summer heat, both during the day and at night. In the fall, during the grape harvest, rainfall was completely absent, and temperatures were high.
- Vineyard manager: Fiorenzo RISTA.
