Deep ruby color. - Scent
A very aromatic and developing wine. Aromas of ripe red cherry, sour cherry, cranberry, violet, black cherry, blackberry, plum, moist earth, leather, forest floor, cocoa, toast, leather, black pepper and cloves. - Taste
Good mouthfeel, with initial hints of black fruit. The spice from the barrel is just right, and the overall balance is well balanced. The tannins are rich and the acidity is moderate. I feel a little pomegranate-like nuances after use. - Food that goes well with
