Palate
The palate is soft, with ripe fruit sweetness intertwined with spice notes like clove from the oak. It offers a complex structure with a well-balanced body. The flavors spread smoothly, supported by moderate acidity and gentle tannins, leading to a clean, refined finish with lingering oak and spice notes.
Food pairing
This wine pairs exceptionally well with richly flavored dishes, such as lamb, grilled beef, Indian cuisine, or Moroccan dishes.
