As Daniel’s Wine Club continues to expand, we are looking to welcome new team members who are eager to grow with us.
We take great pride in being Japan’s leading importer and promoter of Romanian wine, and at the same time, the most influential educator of Romanian wine in the country. Required Qualifications
- Basic English skills
- Basic PC skills
- Higher education graduate or above
- JLPT level N1, if you are a foreigner
- Working hours: 7 hours per day
- Days off: 2 days per week
- Paid leave: up to 30 days per year
- Salary: determined during the interview

Your Role
This position is designed as a growth-oriented career track.
During your first year, you will be involved in every aspect of the business, including sales, logistics, events, education, marketing, accounting, and internal IT infrastructure. The goal is to discover, through real work, where your true strengths lie and where you can create the greatest value for customers but also for yourself.
From your second year onward, your role will become more focused. You will have the freedom to concentrate on areas where you can perform at your best and grow in a meaningful way.

STEP 1
In your first few months, you will rotate through the core pillars of the business and engage in activities such as:
- Wine Selection and Field Learning
Participating in tastings and events while deepening your understanding of Romanian wine terroir, tradition, and modern identity. - Import and Logistics Operations
Supporting import-related communication and documentation, while refining logistics systems to ensure quality preservation and reliable delivery. - Sales, Promotion, and Growth Strategy
Promoting Romanian wine in Japan with confidence, participating in wine fairs, building relationships with buyers nationwide, handling customer communication, and organizing industry and consumer events. - Education and Cultural Ambassadorship
Supporting educational initiatives that present wine as culture, people, and place. You will also collaborate with institutions such as the Romanian Embassy and contribute to Japan–Romania cultural exchange. - Technology
Contributing to improvements in IT systems and customer experience, helping the company evolve as one of Japan’s most forward-thinking wine businesses.
