If Your Order Does Not Arrive
Once your order is placed, you will first receive an email from us titled [Order Confirmation]. This email contains your order number and a summary of the order details.
If there are no issues with the stock of your items, a [Receipt / Invoice] email will be sent to your registered email address. At this point, your order is officially confirmed.
When the preparation of items requiring shipping is complete, you will receive an email titled [Ready for shipment]. This email includes the name of the shipping carrier and a tracking number. By clicking on the tracking number, you can check the delivery status of your package. The tracking number becomes active after 6:00 PM on the shipping date.
If Your Order Does Not Arrive
Possible Causes
- Delivery was delayed due to the specified "OKIHAI" conditions not being met for Seino Transportation's delivery service.
- Natural disasters such as typhoons, heavy rain, or earthquakes have caused delivery delays.
How to Resolve
Click on the tracking number provided in the [Ready for shipment] email to check the delivery status. If the issue is not resolved, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance. The tracking number becomes active after 6:00 PM on the shipping date.
