It carries scents of green apple, lime, herbs, dried apricot, quince, subtle vanilla, and a hint of dry earth. - Palate
The dominant elements here are oxidative aging characteristics. This is something i noticed to be true for the vast majority of white wines from Azerbaijan. - Food pairing
