Ice Wine

Ice wine, also called Eiswein, is a rare and luxurious wine made from grapes that brave the winter cold. Harvested early in the morning when it's coldest (should be colder than - 7°C), these frozen grapes produce a rich and flavorful juice. The balance of sweetness and acidity makes ice wine stand out, with flavors of ripe fruits shining through. It's a delicacy appreciated for its scarcity and delightful taste. Ice wine is a reminder of how nature and human effort can create something extraordinary, even in the harshest conditions.
