    Clear, bright, yellow-green color.
  • Nose
    Fruity and spicy aromas. Notes of freshly picked peaches and apricots with a drop of linden honey on a buttery brioche.
  • Palate
    The dry, fresh and at the same time full taste of the wine is reminiscent of ripe citrus fruits. The pronounced freshness of the wine on the palate and in the aftertaste is highlighted by a spicy-herbal note with traces of white pepper and rhubarb.
  • Food pairing
    Raw fish (sushi, sashimi), smoked and/or cured fish, fresh or lightly dressed shellfish, prawn or seafood cocktail, oysters, fish dishes with a creamy sauce, pork belly accompanied by apple sauce, young goat cheese.
