Bright, medium salmon-pink color.

Nose

This wine presents a bouquet of red flowers with a strong aromatic fragrance. Notes of strawberries, acerola cherries, red cherries, grapes, pineapples, mangoes, figs, pink grapefruits, cherries, acacia flowers, rose flowers, elderflowers, basil, geraniums, white pepper, star anise, and gummy bears are all detectable.

Palate

Fruit-forward, fresh, and lively, this wine offers a well-balanced mix of fruit and acidity. Despite its fruity flavor, the wine remains pleasantly dry. It has medium alcohol content, a medium body, and a moderately strong flavor profile. The finish is fruit-forward and long-lasting.

Food pairing

Pairs well with lighter meat dishes, creamy pasta, tomato-based dishes, salmon, shrimp, oysters, and spicy cuisine. This versatile wine complements a variety of dishes.
