Step 1: Order Confirmation
You will receive an automatic email from us confirming your order details.
Step 2: Receipt/Invoice
You will receive an email from us containing your receipt or invoice. It will include our registered corporate number (適格請求書発行事業者登録番号), making it an official receipt. For business customers with monthly billing, you will receive a consolidated invoice by email at the end of each month. Please note that the Japanese authorities do not require a printed receipt or invoice; therefore, we will only send you electronic forms for environmental reasons.
Step 3: Shipping Preparation
When the items that require shipping are ready, we will email you the shipping details, including the tracking number, if applicable.
