Appearance

A bright, green-tinged lemon color.

Nose

The aroma is rich and represents very well the characteristics of the grape variety. It has aromas of grapefruit, lemon, lemon peel, peach, acacia flowers, elderflower, and hay.

Palate

The taste is refreshing and fruit-driven. It has a solid structure with a very good balance between fruitiness and acidity, making it very enjoyable to drink. With abundant fruitiness and a medium body, it results in a wine with substance.

Food pairing

Fresh cheeses, chicken, pork, trout, fried shrimp, and Caesar salad.
