Tasting notes

  • Appearance
    Lemon-yellow with greenish hues.
  • Nose
    The nose is rich and complex. It has aromas of lemon apples, grapefruit, lime, pineapple, yellow melon, chamomile, daisies, apricots, peaches, geraniums, acacia flowers, fennel, hay, and hints of ginger.
  • Palate
    The taste is rich and invigorating. The suitable acidity, medium body, and remarkable fruitiness ensure a pleasant sensation. All elements of the wine combine harmoniously. On the finish, the nuances that appear retro-nasally remind me of green apples, citrus, and tomato leaves.
  • Food pairing
    Dishes based on dashi, grilled salted fish, yakitori with salt, hirame sushi, tai sushi, Miyazaki-style chicken nanban, teriyaki chicken. Excellent also as an appetizer.
