Tasting notes

Appearance

Lemon yellow with a greenish hue.

Nose

A fresh, crisp bouquet of green apple, grapefruit, muscat, elderflower, acacia, white peach, gooseberry, lemon, pear, and wet stone.

Palate

Notes of green apple and citrus fruits lead the palate. The vibrant acidity and gentle fruit character are beautifully balanced. While dry, there's a faint sweetness derived from the fruit, wrapped in a soft, rounded texture with pronounced minerality. The style is clean and neutral, making it an ideal wine to pair with lighter dishes during a meal.

Food pairing

Excellent with prosciutto, steamed chicken, chèvre salad, bang bang chicken, sushi, tempura, Japanese-style fried chicken, lean pork cuts, sashimi, acqua pazza, grilled fish, or fried oysters.
